Designs in Air is a pioneering inflatable design company renowned for bright, bold and colourful sculptures that pop up at events and exhibitions worldwide. The company, started 28 years ago by artists Pedro Estrellas and Filthy Luker, is based in Bristol and now boasts a whole team of talented creatives, machinists, riggers and technicians.

Whether there’s 40ft tentacles bursting from the windows of a historic building, otherworldly flowers sprouting from skyscrapers or giant eyeballs staring out from city-centre trees, Designs in Air’s signature juxtaposition of sculpture and environment invites people to see the world around them in whole new way!

Filthy Luker and Pedro Estrellas are driven by their passion for innovative design, public art and

mischievous intervention. The duo have time again proven to be pioneers in the inflatable medium as well as carving themselves a unique niche in the international Street Art movement with their larger than life site specific urban sculptures and anarchic humour.
