Morecambe Sparkle CIC were granted money from the Lancashire Economic Recovery Growth fund by Lancashire County Council to run the event for two years in the first instance. The festival also received funds from Morecambe Town Council and Morecambe BID. It is also supported by Lancaster City Council.
