Beyond Radio is delighted to announce our first live outside broadcast for 2025 – at the popular Baylight festival!

Your real local radio station has teamed up with Morecambe BID and will be hosting a three-hour show on Saturday February 22 direct from Morecambe’s exciting family-friendly light art festival.

The Beyond Radio team will be hosting the show from miogelato cafe on Queen Street and will bring you all the atmosphere and flavour of parade night at the festival.

We will be live on-air from 5pm to 8pm on the night, with interviews from the festivities and as always, some great music too.

The free Baylight event runs on Friday February 21 and Saturday February 22, and includes a community parade on the Saturday at 6pm and an expanded light art trail featuring 18 installations by local and national artists – and many of Morecambe’s iconic landmarks will be illuminated as part of the event.
